“Do you have a recommendation for a good lawyer?”, hopefully you never have to ask that question but if you do, Paul Eagle would be that lawyer.

I live in Idaho and had to hire a Washington state attorney in order to fight a lawsuit, claiming a meritorious relationship that had ended four years prior. I had asked a couple local friends for recommendations and came up with two names. I had a $350 consult with another firm and was left questioning if this person was REALLY going to invest their time and energy into the case or just go through the steps. That’s when I decided to keep looking and called Paul Eagle and had another consult. Paul had taken the time to read my recap prior to my call, asked questions, shared possible concerns and gave me his legal advice. I will never forget where I was and the words that were spoken that made me know in my heart that Paul was the right choice…”if you were my sister, I’d tell you this….”. That’s when Paul Eagle was hired!

During the last 11 months, Paul and I communicated via phone and email having never met until after the case was dropped by my ex. Paul and his staff kept me up to date on all communications, were available at anytime for a quick question or reassurance. My case involved, past and current real estate, short sale property, our child, inherited property, household items etc. Paul knew how to handle it all very effectively. While we never went to court, Paul had a timeline and game plan that I know would have been successful in court had we gone.

I couldn’t thank Paul and his staff enough in the end. It was a pleasure to finally meet Paul in person at his office in December and you can bet I gave him one giant hug for all the work and support.

Again, I hope you don’t have to find yourself in my position; but if you do, you will want to invest your funds into someone that is knowledgeable, hard working, and will put all of his resources into your case.

“I consider myself extremely fortunate that you were available on such short notice last April and were willing to represent me.  As you may remember, I initially tried to represent myself, but after several weeks I realized that I could not do so effectively, especially while working full-time and trying to find another place to live.  I also realized that I could not be objective enough to represent my own interests effectively because it is easy for me to cede too much.

Please rest assured that I will unhesitatingly recommend you in the future to anyone who has need of similar legal services.”
